Workplace anger can be linked directly to innumerable personnel problems, including workplace violence. All employers have the right and responsibility to establish and maintain a well-disciplined workplace that is free from harassment, intimidation and bullying. This training can be directed at any source of anger including: customers, co-workers, or supervisors. The primary goals of this in-service are to both understand and control one’s own anger, as well as how to effectively deal with expressed anger in others.
